lyrics
Worthless, lifeless being. Beaten beneath strain. A life gone to waste, struggling to exist. Born Into ruin, forced to find a way. Crushed by all the weight of a selfish world. Live to labor, cope with humans’ endless misery, Perish lonely and know no one cared. Bleak existence, fraught with anguish. Search for meaning - Finding nothing but more suffering.
Life on earth - the product of celestial forces far beyond the tiny grasp of human control. Billions of years. Infinite evolution. Human existence amounts to the smallest sliver. Just one more attempt, our species is a dead end in a process that aims to achieve living perfection.
Human’s failure to grow beyond its selfish hate will lead to a stronger strain free from human greed.
We will see the rise of altruism and compassion on a scale never known to present day human beings. At that point what we know as human will be dead and a superior species will thrive.
Love the vibe of this project as a whole. SUPER depressed angry music which relies heavily on sound clips and audio collage is my jam especially in sludge. Feels like a more deprived and crusty version of Through Silver in Blood. Either way, the balance between the audio collage and more tradition crust/sludge sections is perfect and leaves me satisfied every time I listen (which is a lot) kaiiil
This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario
The stygian duo explore themes of gender dysphoria and oppressive institutions through sludgy doom with a pitch-black underbelly. Bandcamp Album of the Day Apr 26, 2021
